Wild Blue

Ingredients:
• 3/4 oz Absinthe Fleur Bleue
• 1/2 oz Skyy Vodka
• A hint of lemon juice
• 12 blueberries
• 5 raspberries
• 2 drops of vanilla bitter
• 1 cane sugar cube
+ Tonic
+ Ice
Directions:
1. Crush the blueberries, the raspberries, the cane sugar cube with the lemon juice and the vanilla bitter to make a mash.
​
2. Place the mash in the bottom of a glass.
​
3. Add the vodka and the absinthe Fleur Bleue.
​
4. Add ice. Top with tonic.
