This affordable gin is well-known on the degree of quality for its price. Highlighting the Quebec sea buckthorn berry, the name "Wendigo" comes from the Amerindian folklore of forest spirits who possess men.

 

It is a complex and spicy gin, divided in the presence of coriander, iris-bergamot, licorice bark, chamomile, rosebud, angelica and cardamom. Juniper is present without being imposing and verbena adds a hint of lemon on the tongue.

 

The spices are macerated for 12 hours before being distilled.
