• 1.5 oz gin Panoramix
• 0.5 oz La Guita Manzanilla
• 0.75 oz honey syrup*
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
* Honey syrup: Lightly heat 1 cup of honey, 1 cup of water and 1/4 cup of water and stir until homogeneous.
1. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker.
2. Shake without ice, then add ice and shake again.
3. Filter the mixture into a cooled cocktail coupe.
4. Add a touch of nutmeg and cinnamon on top.
