This fine eau-de-vie is distilled in a pot still with a bain-marie (water bath) system allowing uniform heating preserving the balance of the aromatics. In addition to caraway, dill and fennel, we can notice the presence of citrus and spices such as coriander, cardamom and maniguette (grains of paradise).
