This gin changes color, going from blue to lilac pink, on contact with a lemon or a tonic. Its magic elixir appearance comes from the butterfly pea flower used in its natural coloring, whose pH is sensitive to acidic liquids, causing the spectacular transformation from blue to pink.
Light, it is floral and balanced in terms of taste. Sweet gale and dune pepper are used to give it a woody freshness. Black tea blends perfectly with the butterfly pea flower. Sichuan pepper leaves a mildly spicy finish.
The spices are macerated for 12 hours before being distilled.
