This gin changes color on contact with a lemon or a tonic. Its natural coloring comes from the butterfly pea flower, whose pH is sensitive to acidic liquids, causing the spectacular transformation from indigo blue to lilac pink.

Light, it is floral and balanced in terms of taste. Sweet gale and dune pepper are used to give it a woody freshness. Black tea blends perfectly with the butterfly pea flower. Sichuan pepper leaves a mildly spicy finish.

The spices are macerated for 12 hours before being distilled.
