Green Beast
Ingredients:
• 1 oz Absinthe Joual Vert
• 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
• 1 oz simple syrup
• 4 oz ice cold water
+ ice cubes
+ thin cucumber slices
+ mint leaves
Directions:
1. Add a few ice cubes in a glass
​
2. Add the absinthe, the freshly squeezed lime juice, the simple syrup and the ice cold water.
​
3. Stir with a cocktail mixing spoon​
​
4. (Optional) Garnish with mint leaves.
​
