Classic Gin Tonic
Author: François Bérubé
Ingredients:
• 1.5 oz gin Wendigo
• 3 oz tonic water
• (Optional) lime wedges
Directions:
1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
2. Add the gin and the tonic water.
3. Stir slowly with a mixing spoon.
4. Serve

Notes:
The seabuckthorn notes of Wendigo will
complement the bitterness of the tonic, which makes this cocktail even more aromatic and surprising.

Although we are used to having gin and tonic served in a short glass, it is more appropriate to serve it in a tall glass to allow the effervescence of the tonic water express itself.

If you don't like the bitterness of the tonic, feel free to squeeze a lime wedge into your glass. The lime will tone down the sweet and bitter side of the tonic, allowing you to enjoy this cocktail with your friends.
