Classic Gin Tonic

Ingredients:
• 1.5 oz gin Wendigo
• 3 oz tonic water
• (Optional) lime wedges

Directions:
1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
2. Add the gin and the tonic water.
3. Stir slowly with a mixing spoon.
4. Serve

Notes:
The seabuckthorn notes of Wendigo will
complement the bitterness of the tonic, which makes this cocktail even more aromatic and surprising.
​
Although we are used to having gin and tonic served in a short glass, it is more appropriate to serve it in a tall glass to allow the effervescence of the tonic water express itself.
​
If you don't like the bitterness of the tonic, feel free to squeeze a lime wedge into your glass. The lime will tone down the sweet and bitter side of the tonic, allowing you to enjoy this cocktail with your friends.
