Notes:
We've used the butterfly pea flower, which is already a key ingredient in our Panoramix gin, in bigger quantity in this cocktail to accentuate the color changing property of the flower and give the cocktail different shades of blue / purple / pink.
Preparation:
1. Fill 3 ice trays, one with water, the second with Mott's Blue Raspberry syrup and the third with wild blueberry syrup.
2. Crush the ice cubes made with water and fill 1/4 of a Highball or Collins glass with them.

3. Crush the ice cubes made with wild blueberry syrup and fill the glass to 1/2 with them.

4. Add 1 oz of Panoramix gin
5. Crush the ice cubes made with Mott's Blue Raspberry syrup and fill the glass to the 3/4.
