Belle Noisette

Ingredients:
• 1/2 oz Absinthe Joual Vert
• 1 oz Belle de Brillet (Pear & Cognac Liqueur)
• 1/2 oz Amoretti Hazelnut Syrup
• 1 teaspoon Maraschino cherry syrup
+ Tradition Apple and pear juice (to the taste)
+ Egg white
+ Maraschino cherry
Directions:
1. Mix all of the ingredients in a shaker with ice.

2. Whisk the egg white and add it on top, decorate with a maraschino cherry.
