Absinthe Colada

• 1 oz absinthe Joual Vert

• 4 oz coconut cream

• 4 oz pineapple juice

• 1 oz simple syrup

• 1 oz coconut water

• 1/2 cup of crushed ice


1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend.

2. Pour the content in a Hurricane 16 oz type glass.

3. Decorate with a pineapple slice & leaves. Add a straw.



A 16 oz glass is used here, but you can 

adjust the proportion of your ingredients 

if you use a smaller glass. You can also

add 1 oz of white rum and pineapple 

cubes in the blender for a traditional

"slushy" texture. Have faith in yourself and

go according to the taste.
